Child Health Issues

Dear all, My 4month baby is doing different coloured poop(like grey type) from last 3 weeks. He is on formula feed i.e. Lactogen Poop done on every 2 days frequency. And he has no other symptoms. But poop colour is causing me concern. Please suggest me what can i do as a remedies (pics of last 4poops attached for reference)

I had c-section and I am having baby girl of 5 months 5 days..!! My baby is not gaining weight.. When my Baby was born that time she was 2.920 kg.. After that I have not checked my baby weight.. when I thought to do this corona epidemic started..!! So In fear I am not taking my baby to hospital..What should I do..?? How will my baby girl gain weight??

Hi My baby sleeps only when I walk lying on my shoulders.. tried to make him sleep with story telling etc but be rolls like anything in bed and rarely sleeps after a long time. Please advice .

Due to which frm yesterday my baby having dysentery, loose liquid stool, no smell, yelllow nd pale yellow color, light frothy..she is slowly getting tired and inactive..
