My baby is 37 days old he is weighing 3.5 kg. At time of birth he was 2.95 is he under weight , he is not taking formula milk he takes breast feed which is coming less Pls suggest me

My 13month old baby was having fever varying from 99.4 to 100.2 from last three days,with no other symptoms.consult a local pediatrician..he suggested pcm 2.7ml three times a day..now after 3 days fever is fine.eating well,potty is also ok..but baby is extremely fussy, crying all d time n rubbing her mouth, nose n head..no signs for new teeth..still so cranky.not able to take her to doctor again n again due to pandemic.need help
