Hi , my baby is 3 months old exclusively breast feeding baby .. past 2 weeks sometimes she passes stool with blood streaks .. she is normal and active . Took all blood test . It s normal and usg is normal . Occult blood test positive and reducing substance trace positive. I have avoided all dairy and wheat products. Now she passes normally for last 3 days . What could be the issue and can I take Covid vaccine now at this stage
