Child Health Issues

I have taken covid shield vaccine yesterday from yesterday night I am having fever 99 and body pain ,I have baby of 10 month old ,should I do breast feeding to her because she is very irritated and not sleeping, should I take medicine .

My daughter is in high Fever since yesterday and I have given her Calpol 120 mg but still her body temperature is warm , pls suggest shall I continue with this medicine or any other suggestions

Sir/Madam My baby is 6 months old now.His birth weight was 2 kg.Now he is around 6.5 kg.He don't want to drink milk.After 3 hrs or 4 hrs he drinks only 50-60 ml milk.At night he goes to sleep around 9 pm but he doesn't sleep comfortably.He rolls over here and there in the crib whole night.Then he wakes up in the morning around 5am to 6am.After waking up when i feed him formula milk he vomits.Now we have started solid foods also like dal, khichdi and Nestum rice after our Paediatricians advice.I need ur advice regarding how to treat my babies vomiting and how could i make him drink enough milk.

Hi I have 2 year old baby ,activity wise he is good .but he is not reacting when we ask to do something.he play with toys and other kids,eating food by his own, give response when called by his name.some time he reacts some time not.is there any issue with his development ,he not even started mama papa etc ?, other kids of his age start responding to all other activity like pasing the things when ask ,answering nose ear questions but my baby is bot doing all these activity..he do whatever he wants to do.whom to consult please suggest

My baby born with 4 kg in normal delivery. After the delivery baby not moving his left hand and Its like waiter tip hand. We did x ray there was no fracture in x ray. Please tell me the solution.

Hi Dr. - My daughter is 10 months now. The Vaccinations which were supposed to be given at & after 6 months got missed due to pandemic. Can we delay it further. We want to get it done ASAP but Is it safe to take her out for vaccination. Please suggest. Thanks.

My baby is 3weeks old baby born at 35 weeks he is having difficulty in feeding does not take breastfeed properly plus his weight was only 2.23 at the time of birth so dr told to give more feed like 250 ml to increase 450 ml we use bottle ( sterile each time)for feeding my milk & top feed now his weight is 2.6 after 14 days but our new dr said not to use bottle for feeding use steel bowl and spoon / nifty I am confused which is better he takes breast feed only 4 times a say and doesn't drink enough from spoon till now we were feeding with bottle n he was gaining weight plz advice is drinking from bottle is not safe ?????
