Child Health Issues

My baby girl is 2 months old and she was sleeping fine in 1st month but from 2nd month she is taking short naps in the evening of 5 mins only. She sleeps in night at 12 or 1am till morning 6-7am. Then 8.30-11am and then she takes bath and sleeps for 1hr only from 1-2pm after that she doesn't sleep till 10.30 pm except 3-4 naps of 5 min and 1 nap of 30 min. After 10.30pm also she takes one more 30 min nap and wakes up and stays cranky till 12.30 or 1am then she takes feed again and goes for long night sleep. She takes proper feeding , I give her colicad sometimes, I tried swaddling , white noise but nothing worked. I don't want to use pacifier or milk bottles. Please advice what can I do to take her long nap after bath.

My 4 months old baby is suddenly pooping watery and very little after every feed within 1 to 2 hr gap with urine.. Last two days 6 to 5 times in 24 hrs.. She is active playing smiling after evey poop.. Can u please suggest how to stop her poop??

No appetite since last 20days feeding only liquid.Not wanting to eat anything,no rice,no roti nothing please help

My son is 18 months old, very active in pointing and indicating what he wants to interact with. Will pull me out with my finger if he wants water and understands up,down, go to kitchen, where is phone, what to do with it, but not speaking, I've heard ocassionall murmuring on his own, sometimes ma ma,recently ga ga, ta. Any suggestions, he is not using speech currently on specific things he wants or we try to teach him?

I have been giving my 2 year and 2 months old son(14 kg weight)  ciptone syrup 5 ml twice since three days so as to improve his appetite. Actually my pediatric has advised me to give him normatone syrup but as its unavailable at my Place right now, i after going through the composition of normatone syrup switched to ciptone syrup.. Everything i found same in both the syrups except the sorbitol which is there in normatone and not there in ciptone.. All i wanted to ask is, am i giving him proper  dose as per his age and weight? And also is it ok if i continue giving him ciptone 5ml ? Pls help me
