Present he is having fever with head ache.Present My son has fever from 4days .I am giving paracetmol and Azithromycin 250 mg(one tablet per day) but it not controlled.Please give me some advice.

Hi, My son is 3.1 years old he has crack in his toe finger and feet in both d legs. It is not paining for him but it's started from almost month.
