How to know whether I have breast engorgement or breast abscess? Is breast abscess needle aspiration painful and does it require anesthesia?

Im having 2month old baby girl...I want to feed her only breast milk but my breast milk is decreased and she is not getting enough milk at night time

It's within 4 weeks of conception and looking for not to have baby now. We are situated near Deralakatte mangalore.hence anywhere closer locality would be helpfull

My baby boy is 15days old.The problem is I think he can't have enough breastmilk.When I try to brestfeed him,after sucking for around 5minutes he felt sleepy and sleep in my lap.I try to burp him but he's so sleepy that he never burps but he pees and poops. I thought the session is over but when I put him on bed,he cried and again he feeds breastmilk for another 10to15 minutes..Then I tried to burp but he doesn't. he needs to be fed every now and then and so frequently. and I think he's never full as he always opens his mouth,sometimes tongue.what is the solution?this is horrible for me at night as I had c section delivery.I don't have that energy at night.

My baby girl who is 1.7 years old has dirty teeth since 2-3 months tried to clean it by cloth but it's not working is it any teeth related problem please suggest.
