My son is 1.5 yrs old. He is not eating anything. Kindly suggest what to do in this situation. He is taking only breast feeding.

I m a breastfeeding mother.. my daughter's birth weight is 2.52kg.. In 45 days her weight is 2.85 kg... is the weight gain is good or not?.. to increase her weight what should I do?.. she urinate atleast 10 times a day.. but not passing stool frequently.. she passing her stool once in 10 days... when will it become normal?

My Baby is 10 month old still he is not sitting. He do not do eye contact also. His weight was 1.3 kg when he was born. Now he is around 6kg. Whenever we tries to get sit him...he always fall down in forward direct either left or right and front also. I need suggestion what should i do for him. I m very much worried about him.

Our entire family except my 3 yrs old and 10 yrs old kids were COVID positive. Kids were prescribed A to Z NS syrup for 14 days but looking at the ingredients of the syrup I wish to continue the same for maybe a month, is it alright if we give them AtoZ NS syrup for a month?
