Gas issue in toddler
Hello My kid is 3 year old She is very fussy eater.. She has gas issue... Fart bad smell... Sometime poop also stinky smell I give her more than one ltr water per day... 500ml milk And meal what we eat she also eat... Why is it so...

If she is having foul smelling stools, can be due to gut infection and flatulence due to indigestion
