Hi doctor.. my 2 weeks old baby doesn't cry whenever he poops or pees and sleeps through it. Also if he is sleeping then during his maalish or bathing sessions too he doesn't cry but cries after waking up post bathing or maalish. Is it normal or should I be concerned?

Hello doc My 5 yrs baby is covid positive he has fever for 3 days so according to doc prescrition I gave him azethro and ivermectin for 4 days.. After this he Was absolutely fine BT after that I did covid test of his which came yesterday positive so can i gave him further medication azethro n ivermectin I have already given him for 4 days.. And now he has no other problem expect little bit cough so now what should i do further please advise
