How did you calculate that the leg is 20%weak? If Ur child can walk, run, climb etc then everything is fine. To be sure get legs examined by a Pediatrician or orthopaedic. MMR vaccine doesn't cause any reaction at injection site and no definitely no weakness

9 months vaccination doesn’t cause any of this. May be due to asymptomatic viral illness. Need evaluation by orthopaedic or neurology specialist.
Next Steps
Furthermore need physiotherapist treatment
Health Tips
