Baby makes bad faces after breastfeed

Hi doctor sometimes my 1month old baby boy makes really bad choking/gagging kind of faces or makes bad expressions like he ate something sour in his sleep after breastfeeding. Due to which his sleep gets disturbed too. why does it happen. he burps after feed but still makes such faces.

Hi. Burp him for 15-20 min after every feed. They do these faces before passing gas/ urine/ stool. This is normal.
