Hi, is it okay to give colicacid to newborn ? How often it can be given?? Does it has any side effects ??

My daughter has been having fever for last three days. Even after having calpol the temperature doesn't come to normal . The fever goes as high as 102.5. It takes atleast 1 hour to bring it down after taking medication. She doesn't have any other symptoms . Her ESR is 38, platelets 112000, lymphocytes 13.8 % , TLC: 7.01. Apart from this other test reports are normal . please advise.

My daughter is having severe pain in her ear piercings ..there is swelling and pus formation as well..it was done in Feb and the lobes had healed initially but of late there has been constant swelling and pain in her ear lobes..mostly it was alternately..once left ear and then right ear..presently it is in both ears and she is complaining of severe pain which was not the case earlier.
