Reddish chicks or lesion on cheek
Dear sir my son has a reddish on cheeks.. I thinks it's a like funsi.. what should I do for early cover my son.. he is 18 month old..I attached screenshot also. Kindly look into this and prefer any cream or medicine.

The child has localised erythema may be due to bacterial infection. Need eloborate history like how long, if there is fever, child cries on touching the rash , is it itchy or not, is the child taking food, fluids etc voiding urine well?
For bacterial infection, you can give syrup Amoxicillin-clav 228mg/5ml. It can be given 5ml twice daily for 5 days.
