What to do when your 2 month old baby chocks and refuses your breast milk because of heavy flow...frequent chocking makes her cry and thus refuses the breast milk

Hello doctor Nowadays i could see some teething sign in my 9months old baby he keep biting his lower lip and drooling then is started noticing two teeth from lower jaw is getting visible is that the tooth or gum issue i attached photo of his mouth

My son is 4.4 years old. From 8-9 days his urine frequency became more. He is passing urine sometimes 40 minutes interval or sometimes 1 hour, 1 and half hours. We did urine routine test 3 times in this period. All reports were normal. We did Fasting blood sugar test and urine culture and sensitivity test also. Reports are attached here. He does not have any other problem. He is playful and feeding also normal. Anything needs to be done ?
