It’s good you want to be fit and reduce weight But make sure it will be slow Because acute weight loose will affect your milk production Please take advice from nutrition expert Green tea will not affect on milk production

No, it will not, but make sure you are taking adequate calories required for your BMR and breastfeeding. For weight reduction, you don't have to take extra calories but do take as much as needed. Better is to consult a dietician and get your calories calculated. Also, ensure that your water intake is adequate.

Green tea will not affect milk supply but to much of stress- physical & mental will definitely decrease your milk supply
