What should be fever tablet given for 10 year old girl with 45 kg ? As we were using fever syrup earlier..what should be fever tablet given incase of fever , instead of using syrup..

My 5 year old has been getting up in the middle of the night since the past 2days complaining of itching all over her body. She is slightly allergic to peanuts and refined flour but she hasn't consumed these. Moreover she doesn't complain of any itching during the day. Just night itching while sleeping. Kindly advise how to help her. Any tests that I can do to understand the issue.
