What to Do:
Since it's only one episode, observe the following:
✅ Next stools: Check if they return to normal brown color.
✅ Urine color: Should be clear to light yellow. Dark urine with pale stool = red flag.
✅ Jaundice signs: Yellow eyes or skin? If yes, seek immediate pediatric evaluation.
✅ Feeding and activity: Is the child eating, active, and urinating normally?
When to See a Doctor:
If white stool persists beyond 1-2 episodes.
If associated with yellow skin/eyes, dark urine, poor appetite, or vomiting.
If child is very drowsy or irritable.
Summary:
One white stool during fever is not uncommon and can be observed, but repeat episodes or any associated signs of liver problems (jaundice, dark urine) need urgent evaluation by a pediatrician.

Poop colour changes are normal. They are due to indigestion. Nothing to worry about if he is active, passing urine and check up is normal. Child will eat little less during illness. Visit a pediatrician for a check up
A single occurrence of pale stool is generally not a significant concern. It may arise due to indigestion or improper digestion. Therefore, we can take a wait-and-see approach, provided the child is otherwise in good health.
