Child Health Issues

My son age 2years 4 months, he is unable to walk properly.. he is not stable while walking. He will fall backside mostly... he fear alot for sounds. Speaking only one or two words. Hand flapping.. development delay since from birth. Please suggest what to do. EEg normal and MRI normal.

I have just now noticed a bump at the back of his head which is moving when touched and he is not allowing me to touch. It is size of grape. Is there anything to worry please assist.

Can we give dolo 650 to a 13 years old kid? Half of that dolo 650 i will cut and give. Any suggestions.thank u and advance

My baby girl will complete her 3 months tomorrow... She is still trying to hold her neck but not yet held it properly..  I want to give her tummy time but her grand parents don't allow it they say no babies are sensitive u can't do all these..
