Hello Doctor, My son Kaustubh Bhatta aged 2.8yrs vomited 4times.And I think he is having stomach upset.Only vomiting and even we are giving water that also he vomited.Please suggests

Give Domstal suspension 5ml once for vomiting. Can be repeated after 6 hours. If he vomits after the syrup also, please visit a hospital for check up and he may need admission for IV fluids
