Child Health Issues

My baby is 5 months old. Recently from few days when he is sleeping during daytime he wakes up while crying. Is there anything to be worried about

My 1.8 years son having gum swollen problem from last 3days having normal 101.5 fever comming only morning and evening. He is not having food from last 2days except mother feeding and today affected tongue too. I have visited pediatrics & recommended to take paracetamol & adviced to visit to a dentiest too. Then I have councelted dentiest too & advised that  the gum & tongue affcted bez of viral infection & fever so returned back with out any prescription

Deep gash on the chin from rim of a steel utensil. I have cleaned with Dettol and applied betadine. What else can I do? He is not letting me cover it, ripping off bandages. Should I use Tbact instead of betadine?

My 1 year old Daughter having running nose from yesterday night and she is feeling uncomfortable and crying often. Please let me know what can be done. Thanks.

My son received opv vaccine at birth and then ipv in 6th and 10th week and now will receive another ipv in 14th week on 5th oct 21 Have heard of polio camps all over India. Should we get him those polio drops as well or we are good with the current doses. Not sure of the difference between these opv, ipv, pulse polio drops.

Hi, My baby 11 month old from past one we started feeding him Cow's milk , is it safe to feed cow's milk, and nowadays baby is frequently falling ill , is that due to the milk?? Please advise and Help Thanks

Can I give vitamin supplements to my two months old baby by mixing it in milk? It is difficult to feed him by dropper, so can the supplements be given by mixing in milk?

Hi…today I was sweeping the house iam not feeling well my baby boy (21 months old)threw litter again in anger I slapped him on his back very hardly my hand itself was paining later I saw his back he had marks of my fingers 2 lines …he is quite and active but iam feeling very very bad iam crying …I won’t repeat it again..plz tell me is it anything serious or will it cure with time

Hi, My daughter is 7 months old & has frequent episodes of vomitings, once in 2-3 days she vomits. Today she has vomited thrice other than that she has no fever & is active.
