  4. Vomiting. Fever till now. please advise.

My 4 yrs old son is vomiting since last evening and complaining tummy ache at times. No fever till now. Please advise.

Give Domstal suspension 7.5ml for vomiting. It can be repeated after 6 hours. If he vomits after this, then please a hospital for check up. He may need admission for IV fluids as dehydration may occur
