She is 2 years old having stuffy nose and coughing.. My pediatric prescibe rapitus and citrazine and nebuliser.. Is any thing more to do.. My heart goes down when I see my baby in condition plss guide anyone.. 🙏

How much a 9 months baby should take a water in a day along with breastfeeding as urine colour is  changed to dark yellow and urinating every 3 or 4 hrs once.the weather is also very hot and sweating alot.so less urine is because of this?

My 7 months old male baby having cough and cold since last week. Now he his recovering well, he started refusing breastmilk 4 days back and still he is doing the same. But he eats nestum rice well. Please suggest me how to make him feed breastmilk and until that how many feeds of nestum rice or any other supplements required per day. His urination frequency also gone down. His weight 7 kgs Birth weight 2.6 kgs His cough and cold symptoms reduced.

My son is having cough n cold since 6 days. I am giving maxtra syrup. Initialy few days he was having fever. But that subsided after few days.
