Does Brozeet syrup is same as Brozeet LS syrup. Or they are different? What does LS mean here ? Can anyone please clarify. Need help.

Hi doctor, My son is 3.7 years old he is having cold since one week..today from around 4.30pm on words he looks like he is sleepy..around 5.30pm his head is little hot..at 6 pm I have checked temperature and it is 101..only his head is hot body's temperature is normal..have given citrizine& paracetamol syrup..my doubt is because of cold his head is hot or he is having fever?pease give me your suggestion..thank you..
