I have 21 months old daughter she always try to eat any small thing from floor and that is causing infection to her . In last 6 months 3 times we have to give interogermina to her to have her stool normal . Why she is doing this ?what might be reason ? Is there any side effect of interogermina ?

She might be suffering from iron deficiency as is evident from the symptoms. This is known as PICA.
Get her tested for Hb/ s iron levels/ P smear.
Increase iron content in diet..
