Get an covid19 RTPCR done in view of history of travel and sudden rise in temperature along with URI symptoms. Keep all precautions handy. . For fever, give only paracetamol ( for temp above 99 degree in armpit) 120 mg /5 ml , give 5 ml as and when required. Keep her well hydrated . Give her warm food like soup etc. Give her steam inhalation with plain water . Watch for any danger signs like increase in cough/ heavy breathing/ recurrent vomiting , consult with your local Pediatrician in this scenario. Thanks take care

Hello. As there is history of travel, she might would have caught viral fever with cold. For nose block, give drops Nasoclear 1 drop in each nostril every 6th hourly . Give paracetamol for any fever of 100 or more. Wait and watch for next 2-3 days. Plenty of fluids orally.
