I gave 5 ml of paracetamol instead of 2.5ml. 250 mg syrup. Baby weight 11 kg 2.4 years old. Is anything will happen to my baby please advise.

My daughter is 9 years old. Today I visited to dermatologist for her. She is having some pimples like on her both arm. Along with other medicines he has prescribed her Actilife from Apex. He prescribed her 10 ml of it once. But I was wondering whether we can give her 10 ml or 5 ml is sufficient for her according to her age.
