My baby has gained 300 GMs in first month. He lost some weight in the initial 16-17 days and gained back to the same weight on the 17th day. New born baby weight was 3.9 kgs, weight on the 17th day was also 3.9 kgs and today his weight is 4.2 kgs. Is it a matter of concern?
