Care after loose motion and fever
My daughter is 3 years 9 month old. Few days ago she was given deworm medicine by a doc. After that she suffered from loose motion and fever. After giving medicines paracetamol, econorm sachtet and taxim o forte she is ok now. Now she is little bit weak. Pls advice me any kind of supplements or anything else that strengthen her.

Give coconut water and fruit juices alongwith balanced diet. You can give syrup becosules as multivitamin supplement 5ml once a day for 15 days

Give her home cooked nutritious food .no need for vitamin supplements per se.avoid processed junk food.
