Hi, My son is having fever who is 3 year old, is it safe to use cooling patch gel stickers on forehead for kids to reduce fever??

Just cooling the forehead may not reduce fever. Since you have to wipe whole body with wet cloth to reduce temperature

You can use a wet towel to wipe to body. It will reduce the body temp significantly.
