Child Health Issues

Hello dr , my 1 year baby consistently strains while pooping for a few months( after starting solids) sometimes like hard pebbles and sometimes it's normal and he will poop every alternative day. Nowadays he poop  hard stool first  and then normal in small portions( mostly three times a day) and he has urine reflux grade 2.

My 5 and half months baby got fever with loose motion (green undigested stool) 6 times in 8 hours. Every time Doctor recommend antibiotics.. till now I have given him 4th time antibiotics course. Plz suggest any alternative of antibiotics. As antibiotics have side effects ..plz advice

My daughter had high fever and loose motion started at day3 now it's 6th day and today also after 18 hour's of gap fever came back gave her ibugestic plus to reduce her doctor prescribed her iron supplement that she can take after healing from diarrhea can I start zinc supplement as well how much should I give her. I am giving entergrmina for diarrhea now

Shool in potty from last 20 days ,some days number of potty increases to 5 -7 times but daily 2-3 times minimum. Medicine given O2M and neopeptine. Not giving cow milk. Started giving horlicks

Hi. My daughter is 3.5 month old, see pee alott, more than 30 times a day and her body temperature is always around 97 fahrenheit or slightly below to 97 fahrenheit, is it normal?  she has gained 1kg weight from last month ( in 1 month ). And she always rub her nose whenever we put her on our shoulder.

My 2 year old complaining of anal itch only in midnight. I gave her Bandy plus 2 weeks ago then again repeated after 2 weeks. After giving Bandy plus, first week no complain but again after that she gets up crying and asks to remove her diaper. After removing diaper she sleeps. After repeating dose also, same complain every mid night of itching of bum. No rash noted. What could be the reason ?

My baby girl was born on the 2nd day after completing the 37th week. Her birth weight is  2.2 kg , the doctor suggested to give  ossopan d 1ml thrice a day, and tonoferon 0.5 ml once a day and vitamin d3 1ml once a day. Now she is 6.5 kg at the end of the 6th month whether i should continue these supplements or not?

My baby is 2 months 10 days old. From last 2 days he is not able for sleep for long hours. Excessive crying while sleeping, no colic issue still he is facjng sleep issue

My baby has uti last week. urine analysis  test shows plenty of pus cells present  in urine. We have taken scan as per doc advice. Scan report came normal. Our pediatrician refers antibiotic Mahacef For 15 Days. But pharmacy person told antibiotic commonly not advised For more than 10 Days. Whether can we give antibiotic for 15 Days to baby.

I've given 10 ml of zincovit syrup to a 2 year old child. Are there any side effects of that? Please help me with this.
