My son 2.2yrs got fever on 19th evening. Gave him Pacimol MF 250 3.2ml(11.9kg) till 21st morning,4 doses in total...From 21st night started on Swich 100 3ml...Fever subsided and remains afebrile till 25Aug. But today morning  fever returns & we did some blood tests ( today was the 5th day for Antibiotic). URE normal,dengue typhoid malaria Scrub typhus -ve,UCS report pending ,CRP 24.1 with ESR 50...I consult a paediatrician & She advised to start Azithro 100mg 5ml  from tomorrow if fever remains. I want to take second opinion...Should I give him Pacimol Mf again( temp 100.3-101 F)?

My son is 14 yrs old and was diagnosed with Typhoid 15 days back.he was hospitalised for 14 days due to lot of infection.Now he is recovering but specifically at night whn his body gets relaxed he suddenly feels he is becoming weak, feverish, legs pain.He feels as if his hands are getting bigger, or people around him are going far. Our baby is 50 days old. She is primarily formula-fed since 4 weeks. She takes 90ml of Nan Excella Pro every three hours. She was vaccinated three days ago. However, for the past five days, her stool has changed to a sticky, white curd like particles. Could this be due to indigestion and stickiness is possibly caused by mucus ? After her vaccination, the color of her stool changed to green. She poops once or twice a day—the first stool is green and slightly smelly, and the second is yellow and curd-like. It is not too watery. Baby is active and feeding well. Should we be concerned?
