High fever
Dear Doctor, my son John Maxwell, 7 years, (~21kg) has been suffering from a high fever since yesterday. He is in our native place, Trichy. I am his mother, and we r in Bangalore here. My parents have consulted a nearby doc, and he has prescribed some antibiotics and Calpol. But the fever isn't subsiding completely, it seems. After 4 hours of the dose, the fever is increasing and it's very high. The kid is tired and sleeping mostly. Is it advisable to make him travel in train and bring him to Bangalore tomorrow, as we have pre-booked tickets? The travel is 7 hours. What precautions to be taken if he can travel doctor and the train is an AC coach? Pls advice. Thanks in advance.
