Hello doctor Can i give my baby 10 week vaccines in govt and pcv 2 in govt on same day? I had earlier got my baby vaccinated in private

My daughter is 5months old now. She used to poop regularly, but since 3months, it’s become irregular. She’s on lactulose, and usually poops daily or every other day, but sometimes goes 3 days without. Poop is soft, and she’s happy and active. Is this normal? Should lactulose make her poop every day?

Low in vit D - 8ng/mL, please prescribe a suitable supplement. she is thin built, a bit anaemic (already started with iron supplement), gets tired very easily. her calcium in blood report is normal..

Hi, My 3.5yr boy is complaining chest burning, he is having hiccups everytime he eats , sour taste in mouth after waking up ,he burps often, he is like clearing throat while lying down and coughing. Is it acid reflux? Earlier he has severe throat ulcers every year (in 3year each time same throat ulcers ) n chest burning doc gave him antacids and Junior Lansol.....Enterogermina.. augmentin 500 ..he has given too much medicines but now medications off... What can I do for better results to treat acidity / acid reflux at home? His symptoms is not going . .

Hello doctor I want to know what is the time gap to give pcv vaccine at private if i give 10 weeks vaccine at govt tomorrow I had earlier got my 6 weeks baby vaccinated in private hospital which included pcv Will there be any issue in switching private to gov vaccine?

My three year old toddler is having fever and his temper is swelling since yesterday. After after giving paracetamol is temperature is reducing and swelling pain is also reducing. He tried a lot today is it could be because of that or something else I don't understand please help?

My kid is 6 yrs old . She has scalp redness at back of head and nape of neck .at the time of headshave at age 4 I have noticed the redness . Still the redness is there . She has very sensitive skin . The redness is more when covered with hair and after wake up ( the back of head is pressed on pillow). I am so scared . Pls guide . I attach the photo

My baby was 6.4 kg at 4.5 months and in one month only 300gm weight got increased and now she is 5.5 months Is this growth concerning: currently she is on breastmilk . Its feels like she does not get the sufficient supply What should I do , shall i give her formula?

My kid is 6 years old. When she gets one to one attention, she sits in a place for long hours but when she is in a group along with 20 to 30 kids, she gets distracted easily. She doesn't sit in a place. Till now she hasn't got admission in school due to this behaviour. As parents we are concerned about her education. Also she is undergoing treatment for epilepsy on daily basis. She gets fits during fever. Can I  join her in inclusive school? Or special school? She talks, she responds to questions asked but her main pblm is no sitting tolerance.  But in home she sits doing colouring puzzles etc. But if it's new place, she starts roaming here and there. We are sending her to writing class and OT. What else can we do? Pls guide

Hi , My daughter is 8 months old preterm baby from the past one month she was standing with support on tiptoes only  she didn't stand completely on feet.is it normal or not? and am also doing small exercises to overcome this problem.please kindly tell me that at this stage normal or not.
