Greenish yellow frothy bubbles stool
Doctor my little one is 3 months 23 days today and from yesterday he's been passing green yellowish frothy bubbles stool every 40 mins , yesterday was 6-7 rounds of it and today 7 as of now
He's irritable n cranky , no fever
Birth weight 3.1 , present around 6 kgs
What should I do .. I m a lot worried pls help pls
