Child Health Issues

My baby is 4.5 months and from 3 months onwards he has been pooping greenish color.. not proper green but greenish yellow. Also his poop is always lose not thick. Sometimes his poops are frothy too. He poops once or twice a day He is on completely breastfeed.

Date of birth is 25th july 2022..Birth weight of son was 3.80 kg.. Now he is 5.500 kg... Is this ok??? He is not feeding well... He wants to play all the time.. Is this normal??

My daughter is 19 months old and weight is 14 kg since 3 days baby is having trouble with her left leg she is having difficulty in straighten her leg from knee below and unable to keep foot completely on the ground. Shared pics kindly help

I observe red small ring patches on my son's legs, initially these were barely visible but in last two days, they are expanding and growing more dark red.

Hi Sir /Mam I have 6 months old baby.after starting solid my daughter has loose motion more than 20 days ..my doctor gave zinc drops and probiotics.but not yet cured.but doctor said  baby active and healthy only so no need to worry. she has popped often little little quantity.i really worried about my daughter health..when it will be cure.please anyone reply me... I am a breastfeeding mom.so should I take any Home remedies for that .. please anyone suggest me
