My Baby is being exclusively breastfed.
She is 3 months old now.
Her weight was 3.64 kg on 19th Nov.
And it is 3.85kg on 2nd Dec.
My Pediatrician is saying no need of Formula feeding.
Is this weight gain sufficient or should I resort to some other means?

Breastfeeding is always the best choice for baby. Babies usually gained weight of 20 to 30 gm per day. If the baby passes urine for 6 to 8 times per day then Breastfeeding is adequate. So there is no need to given formula feeds.
