My 2 months old baby hands and feet are becoming cold sometimes and also sometimes her feet is swelling. Is this something to be worried about?

My 1 month baby has not pooped for past 1 day, is it normal for her Docter has given colicaid drops to ease digestive symptoms, should we use it to relieve constipation for her. Kindly suggest

I gave my baby Penta 2 vaccine today from Government hospital. PCV-1 was missed last month So they said today they can't give PCV2 since PCV1 was missed. When can I give PCV 1 and PCV 2 vaccine? Also are these both different vaccines or same? Please help

My son is 2.5 years old. His weight is 12 kg which is from last year. Hight is 94 cm. He has not gained any weight in past 1 year. He is picky eater. Has tantrum. Also he passes urine occasionally and without knowing himself he passes urine and in night bed wetting. I have done today urine routine test. It is his first urne test since birth. His report show only one abnormality that is tripple phosphate  crystel in urine. What does it mean. What to interpret what further investigation to be done to confirm any issue. I have attached report. He is very weak. Muscles are very weak.

Baby aged 2yrs 4months, had loose motions for 5times on Saturday, then reduced, motion color is dark green, after that reduced... Now again the color is orange color, sometimes thick & loose, & frequently going for in small quantities for many times... She is active & having normal food... What is the reason for color of the poop...
