My baby has 4 years old now but lef hand arm BCG vaccine site look big papula it is normal Or any issue

Hi Doctor, My baby boy age is 9 and half months and weight is around 7 and half , I have fever drops of paracetamol. I feed my baby with apple pure and 15 mins later given the fever syrup drops. In a next minute or 2 he was vomiting half of the Apple pure. So can I give the fever drops again or I should wait next 6 hours. Please suggest. Thanks, Chaitanya

My baby is 82 days old,she is sneezing and coughing,not sure If she has cough and cold,her 10th week vaccination is tomorrow, is it advisable to take the vaccine .

Day before yesterday my 11 month son got hit below chin accidentally. No bleeding no swelling, no pain. But yesterday I felt a lump/knot on neck blow left ear. Attaching a photo to understand the size. No change in size from yesterday. Touching or light pressing the lump/knot doesn't cause him pain. Should I wait few days or consult a doctor?

Baby boy had jundice after 3 days of birth.. Now his eyes are white.. Urine colour is transparent ( clear)... Potty is yellow in colour... All reports was normal... Now he is 2 months old.. Now while I am pressing his skin it's appear yellow...is this normal??? Is this gradually goes away?
