Hi. It is as written in the report, a dilation of the ventricles ( some spaces in brain where CSF circulates) . Which is generally seen babies born preterm. Sometimes it increases, sometimes it remains same. How is baby right now? Any neurological complains? Is he able to stabd up? Able to speak as per his age? Any issues in daily activities? Any seizure?
Next Steps
just observation is what required. if baby is growing well and no neurological issues, nothing to do.
Health Tips
check for his hearing / vision. just to make sure, if you haven't checked already.
