Regarding protectis medicine
Hi Doctor
Kindly let me know in which conditions we should give protectis medicine to infants. I have a 1.5 month old daughter, can i give this to her

Protectis contains Lactobacillus reuteri.You should give 5 drops daily for 21 days. It has been suggested in infantile colic.
But do not directly pour on baby's mouth.Bacteria in the oral cavity can destroy this bacteria 🦠.Hope this helps!

It's not a regular medication to be given, it can be given in case of bacillary diarrhea , do not use it unless indicated
