  4. Sleep and fever. Is this normal?

My 6 year old daughter had fever reaching 102 throughout yesterday. At night I gave her crocin DS 6 ml. She slept well without any fever. There is no fever now but it's more than 13 hours she is still sleeping. Is this normal?
