My son 2.7 old 13kg fever from 24 hours given 2 times ibugesic  100mg and decimet-DDS 2 times but temperature is not in control can I give meftal-p instead of ibugesic or is it ok to give ibugesic in 6 hours interval instead of 8 hour interval decimet giving 2 doses per day

Baby born at 37.2 weeks weight 2.5 kg with FGR and head circumference is 31.5 and after 30 days HC was 34.5 and at 40 days 35.5 cm weight 4 kg is this normal or anything to worry about growth scan report before delivery was attached

My baby boy is 6 month old and since few days after starting solids my baby is 3-4 times a day. He is taking mashed apple or mashed banana once in a day , Please suggest it is normal or not ? He is taking breastfeed no formula milk. Poop consistency is soft, pastier and seedy and green type. Please reply

Hello my baby is 18months old...from Monday itself he had fever for 4 days...no fever from yesterday morning.. however from yesterday itself his hand and feets are cold with normal body temperature...why it's happening...I have p250 suspension and reswas for cough he had as per my  pediatric advice.. however I stopped all the medication from yesterday itself..but why his hand and feet are cold particularly after playing...is anything to worry about
