My baby girl 3 months and 22 days old and she dint pass stools from 2 days and what should be done and when can we start solids for her?

Hello doctors, my daughter is getting fever very frequently and it's for longer duration. Attaching her blood reports, some values are abnormal. Can you help to understand this. She is 11 months old.

Hi Doctor, My daughter who is 2 yrs old running with 103 fever. we had given contiouns sponge bath and the fever was still 103 so we have given 4 ml of Meftal p suspension. She has vomited exactly after one hour. Do i need to redose again and when can I give her paracetamol (P-250) again?

My daughter is 6 years 10 months old. Since school began in Apr 22 she had frequent upper respiratory infections. Almost once a month. Complains of constipation with hard stools. In October we did an USG it showed 5 mm gallstone as incidental finding. On Dec13 we noticed a hard lump behind her ear. Doctor said it's a swollen lymph node and it's common among kids. On 23rd Dec she had headache and fever. Headache subsided same day but fever lasted for 4 days along with cough and stuffed noise. By 27th Dec fever was gone and her swollen lymph node also subsided. But after her fever I noticed that she started sleeping more. She usually never sleeps in the noon but started doing that after infection. Her overall sleep is arnd 10-11 hours. She started complaining about mild leg pain in both legs. I've also noticed couple of times that she had sweats while asleep. Her height is 113 cm and weight fluctuates. Between 19 - 20. are these symptoms alarming?

Hello doctors, my daughter is 11 months old. When she screaming, her head temperature is getting increased to 100+ F. But her body temperature is normal. Till she starts screaming, her head temperature also normal. Once she sleeps, she is getting sweat and head temperature becomes less. What is this problem? Is it normal for the 1y old kids? How to control her screaming.
