Swollen moving lymph node on right thigh
My son is suffering from a swollen lymph node on inner right thigh , noticed it a month ago but it was not painful and very small gradually had increased and is painful since three days earlier doctors suggested to wait and see it and massage if it's subside but no pain was there earlier . Please suggest what is this and how to check this . He is an 18 month old baby . Doesn't allow to touch the area .

If the size is above 1.5 cm it is significant..please visit a doctor for examination..is there any other complaints like loose stool, excessive crying, crying during passing stool..
