Night cry 52 days old baby
My baby is 52days, breastfeeding throughout the day he sleeps well. Towards the night he couldn't fart. He tries but he couldn't so cries through out, which we couldn't bear so we are giving 3 drops of colicaid drops in the night whenever he couldnt pass gas. We also burp him well for 20min.His weight is 5.7kg during last vaccination appointment.
We are not sure of giving colicaid or bonnison liquid and the dosage. Please advice, we are confused
