Hi @all, I’m writing to share a summary of my 2-month-old son's condition over the past few days: Friday, 22/8: Vomited twice post breast and formula feeding. Saturday, 23/8 (early morning): Developed fever (101°F). Administered Pyrigesic (12 drops). Temperature reduced to 98°F within an hour and remained stable until Sunday morning. Sunday, 24/8 (afternoon): Fever returned, peaking at 101°F by 3 PM. Pyrigesic given every 4–5 hours as fever recurred every 3–4 hours. Monday, 25/8: Fever recurrence interval extended to 6–7 hours. Tests: Urine and blood tests completed as advised (attached). Current medications: Pyrigesic, Superflora GG, Nasoclear Vitals and behavior: Weight: 4.8 kg Feeding: Breast and formula, no issues Activity: Alert and responsive Sleep: Intermittent Urine: Frequent Stool: Light green/yellow Please let me know if any further action is needed. Thank you for your guidance.

My baby is 5 months old. I put sleep at 8.30 PM. But he wakes up 10.30. after that every one hour he wakes up. I am rocking the cradle for 10 mins then only he sleeps. Every 2 hours he takes feed also. Please suggest any ideas for this to change the sleep routine. I didn't put lights on. Why this happens?

Hello doctor, My son is 6.5 year old and he had fever ans cold cough from past 4 days. We tried calpol and ibugesic and chericof but nothing worked. Today is 5th day and after doc recommendations we started antiviral "FLUVIR "...he is having severe cough. After morning dose he vomitted after 10 mins and after that he vomitted 3-4 times within 2 hr gap. In evening dose i gave him 6 ml in 2 parts (2.5ml and 3.5 ml) then he vomitted nearly after 25 mins of second dose... every-time he is vomitted all mucus along with food ... My concern is 1) what should i do in this case if he is continuously vomit after having FLUVIR . Dose recommendations- till 5 days , 2 times , 6ml each... Thanks in advance

Dear Respected Doctors my 6 months old baby have coughing problem since last few days. Sometime cough came from nose and sometime she use to coughing loudly.. can I use nosal drops for coughing, I live in remote place so please help me.. Thank you.

My son 2.2yrs got fever on 19th evening. Gave him Pacimol MF 250 3.2ml(11.9kg) till 21st morning,4 doses in total...From 21st night started on Swich 100 3ml...Fever subsided and remains afebrile till 25Aug. But today morning  fever returns & we did some blood tests ( today was the 5th day for Antibiotic). URE normal,dengue typhoid malaria Scrub typhus -ve,UCS report pending ,CRP 24.1 with ESR 50...I consult a paediatrician & She advised to start Azithro 100mg 5ml  from tomorrow if fever remains. I want to take second opinion...Should I give him Pacimol Mf again( temp 100.3-101 F)?

Hello Dr, My son is 14 months old and weighs 10 kg. He is very active, eats well, and has reached all his developmental milestones ahead of time. However, I’ve noticed that he appears quite lean for his age, and I’m concerned about his physique. Despite his good appetite and activity levels, I’m unsure if his weight is a cause for concern. Should I be worried about his weight, or is this something typical for his age? Do you think it would be a good idea to consult a pediatrician about this, or would you recommend any further evaluation. Thank you !
