Hi, my son has fever of 100. 2f, should I give him the fever medicine or wait it out? He has a history of infantile seizures but hasn't had since he was 6 months old and his seizures medication has been stopped as per his doctor's recommendation.

Hi doctor, I am seeking your advice regarding my baby. I have noticed that when my baby opens his mouth wide, the black part of one eye (pupil) seems to move downward, while the other eye remains normal. At other times, both eyes appear normal. Helo ... In last anamoly scan... In KUB right renal pelvic is 7.4mm Left renal pelvic is 7.5mm Both kidneys shows bilateral pelviectasia... They have mentioned it's due to Progestogenic effect Puj obstruction Vesico uretric reflux Lower urinary trac obstruction... In next follow up scan 25 weeks 4 days gestational age Again it's bilateral pelviectasia Right renal pelvis is 8mm Left renal pelvis is 9mm 1.Will get increased as pregnancy advances... 2.is it threat to baby 3.if swelling is not decreses will it rectify after the birth 4.if not rectified after birth what should I do...

My kid got the BCG vaccine to the left arm last year mid November. She was 11 months old at the time she got the vaccine.This mid January she was having a white pus oozing for the vaccine site. It went away after a few days. The scar never formed properly and has slight . 2 days ago (after 10 month of the vaccine) a bump appeared on the BCG vaccine site and today the bump burst and was oozing yellow pus from it. What could the reason be ?. Attached the images. The one with more pus is from January. The other one is the current situation.
