Helo doc my 20 months old baby has cough with mucus.. please suggest some medicine to clear out cough... He doesn't take steam as he cries alot...

Baby boy 6 month old weighing 7.4 kg had fever which was reduced in a day, later running nose who was unable to sleep at night due to blocked nose, and had little cough Doctor prescribed below medicine. Calpol 120 6 hours gap Relent cold 2.5 ml 3 times days Syrup welmenic 3.5 ml 3 times And later prescribed relent cold dr reddy syrup 2.5 ml 3 times, after given I felt baby is drowsiness Reduced to 2 times. Related to this  relent cold in the description written not for under 4 yrs. Then y it was prescribed for 6 month? And after giving once felt he is drowsy at unusual time, I gave 2 times a day. I read somewhere these impact kidney. Now baby is fine but anxious will that impact my baby for given medicine?

Hello i am asking this question about my kid.till 1.5 years he never had any illness In August he had DPT booster vaccination .he had a fever which is recurring every 10-15 days.i have shown it to doctor once you Stop medicine it will re occur.He has no other symptoms properly eating and drinking milk.His teething started 3 months back.

My baby ate food licked by a big size rat, I don't know domestic or wild rat it was. Baby has throat infection and mouth ulcer so I went to hospital and doctor said nothing to worry. But by mistake I forgot tell him that rat was big size may be wild rat. What should I do?

Hi doc My baby girl was born 1 month before my edd and is presently 2 months and 13 days old. Dr. Has prescribed her D3 drops daily quantity 1 ml 800 IU. I had read somewhere that 1ml of 400 IU or 0.5 ml of 800 IU should be given. I am confused. Kindly guide. She has also been prescribed multivitamins A to Z 0.5 ml daily and another tonic with the name calcikind - p suspension 1 ml twice a day. Thanks in advance
