Child Health Issues

My 26 days old baby is continuously making sounds like he is clearing his throat (while he is awake). Very ocassionaly coughing also (4-5 times in a day). I have tried applying warm ghee on his chest but that does not seem to help. I should also mention that I am giving formula milk to him twice a day along with my BM as my BM is not sufficient for him. I get low to no milk at night so have to give FM. He also sleeps 5-6 hours in a strech. Is it normal???

3 months old baby has slight cough and runny nose for past 2 days I started her nasoclear nasal drops morning and night now my doctor prescribed mucolite drops 0.5 ml 3 times for 3 days. Should I stop nasoclear drops or continue with the syrup? Baby weight is 5.2 kg.

My baby is 8 months old... Does not roll over yet...and also she does not like tummy time... I am so much worried... Is thi red flag in development...please reply doc's... Rest she sits without support when we made her to... Picks up objects...moves objects from one hand to another... Brings both hands together...

Hello doctor...I want to ask you one doubt...can u tell me ... Can we give water along with solid food to baby or not?  And after how long after solid can water be given?

My son is 26 months old. He is an active kid who observe things closely and has good memory. He is able to communicate whatever he needed only through his actions. He blabbers a lot and say mummy, mamma baba, bai 1 to 10 and few of albhabets. He responds to his name in 2 times. However, still he doesn't speak, or doesn't look at us when we talk to him. He don't have a hearing issue coz he can hear if mobile ringing or bike/card sound from the road and run to see the car/bike. He tries to immitate the cartoons and the way they speak in cartoon but he just but can't speak a sentence or a meaningful word. He starts crying if someone comes at home and he doesn't like anyone apart from family member. Now everyone has started suggesting me to do a check up foe him related to neuro. I am so scared, please guide me.

My son is six months old. He was born at 36 weeks. He sits with support. Recognize family members. Roll overs both side I. E. Front to back and back to front. Smiles when anyone calls him. Even laughs when we make him laugh. But he doesn't make any sound when we talk to him. When we talk to him he blows raspberries. When he plays on his own he babbles some time. My concern is why he doesn't makes sound when we talk to him.

My 10 months old baby has a consistent yellow discharge from his eyes from last two days , what can be the causes and is it a couse of concern or normal.

Hello Doctor, My son is 14 months old. After my baby poops, I'm washing his butt with water and body wash . Is it fine to wash with soap or body wash or  should only clean with plain water? Please suggest. Thank you.
