Fever above 101
Ho Doctors,
My son is 2.4 year old and having fever above 101 from last night.
I have give him Sinarest syrup but fever is not coming down. Can I give him meftap p or mefrut 100 syrup? For cough i am giving ascoril ls but as soons as ascoril ls is given he omits.
Please suggest for fever n cough.
